Lee joined the advertising world in 2000 with former Leeds-based ad agency Poulters. In 2003 he moved to London to join WPP-owned Tribal DDB where he spent 3 years working on the long-standing Volkswagen account.
In 2005 he moved to AKQA to work on both the RAC and X-Box accounts before joining Dare in January 2006 as Account Director on the then newly-won Vodafone account before moving up to Group Account Director in 2007 where he helped grow the business to become one of Dare’s largest accounts. In January 2010 Lee moved to New York to help set up a US footprint for Dare to service their founding client Sony Ericsson before returning to London in June.
Lee joined Pirata in the second half of 2010 as its Managing Director, to focus on growing the business.

Joining Sega, Eduardo created digital campaigns supporting new games launches before moving on to Randommedia as Design Director and working across rich digital experiences for PlayStation, eBay, Sky and the BBC.
Joining Dare as a Creative Lead, and subsequently promoted to Associate Creative Director, Eduardo was responsible for both the Vodafone and Beck’s accounts. These led to Eduardo winning multiple awards, rebranding the entire Vodafone digital identity, creating a live online art + music event and helping the agency to earn three consecutive Agency of the Year awards.
David Boleas completed his studies in Art, Graphic Design and an MA in User Interface Design in Spain where he is originally from. He started his career in the video games industry as user interface designer and has had two titles published.
He moved to London in 2002 where he started working in Print and Web for various agencies including Me Company, Sega and for brands such as Shell, Pennzoil, Fox, Paramount, Mattel, The FA, American Express and MTV.
In 2005 he joined Green Cathedral as Senior Interactive Designer in their London office.
The following year in February 2006 he joined Dare Digital as Senior Creative Designer and in March 2007 he was appointed to a Creative Lead position, looking after the production on the Sony and Vodafone accounts, helping the agency generate new accounts and win Campaign and Marketing Agency of the Year in 2007. He’s also won several accolades from his peers, Silver Pencil at the One Show in 2008 and a Webby Award the same year.
Adrian graduated in 2000 from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BEng. degree in electronics and media technology, and took up a summer job working with HTML and Flash, which at the time was a hobby.
One thing let to another and he’s been designing and building things for the web ever since. Since moving to London in 2002 he’s worked for a range of agencies including Wheel (now LBi) and Dare where he was a Creative Lead.
After leaving Dare in 2007 he returned to his technical roots as a freelance developer, before joining Pirata early in 2009 to head up the technical team.
Stuart has 10 years industry experience at respected agencies Profero and Dare. Working with some of the worlds leading brands including BMW, MINI, Sony, COI, Channel 4 and Barclays, he has won numerous awards including Cyber Lions, Webbys and One Show Pencils. His work has also featured regularly in the D&AD book.
